Critique
Chef: Rice nicely done, but kiwi is bitter. Good texture, holds shape, could be plated better.

Personal/Team: I thought it taste off, could be the kiwi. We cooked rice in water and then later soaked in milk, not sure if that effected flavor. Also added more sugar because it didn't seem sweet enough. It was difficult to plate and make look attractive; a small bowl would have bee better than a plate and kiwi half slices instead of whole would have been a bit more attractive.

Lessons learned: This is an alternative to a really sweet dessert. Looking for a creamy texture and some light sweetness along with the fruit's natural sweetness.
